Cumin, also known as cumin, is a spice plant.
It is characterized by its very fresh and slightly spicy aroma and is particularly popular in oriental and Indian cuisine.
Cumin goes well with chicken, lamb and fish. It is also often added to sauerkraut, pickled vegetables, sausages, tomato sauce, stews, egg and rice dishes, cheese. The spice is also used in couscous, hummus, falafel meatballs, chili con carne and numerous other dishes their characteristic taste.
